In 1990, Luc began his career in the municipal world as a property assessor and has expanded his career over the past 29 years into various management capacities and organizations.
Luc has worked in various facets of municipal operations, including property assessment, development and subdivision, and computers and IT in addition to the past 17 years in the Chief Administrative Officer position. Luc’s most recent posting is as CAO for Yellowhead County where he has been since April 2021.
Luc is an accredited local government manager (CLGM), and accredited Alberta assessor (AMAA). He is a member, and formerly held an executive seat, with the Society of Local Government Managers, as well as the Alberta Rural Administrators’ Association.
